The EISSMANN Nyíregyháza Municipal Swimming Pool was inaugurated in the city centre of Nyíregyháza in June 2021, fulfilling a long-standing wish of water polo players and swimmers, as well as the city's residents.

The investment, which was implemented under the auspices of AQUA SE with significant government support and TAO funds, was completed in accordance with the plans and, following the technical handover, became the property of the municipality. There is no reason to complain about its occupancy rate, since in addition to swimming and water polo training sessions and matches, it is also used by a large number of people who want to get some exercise. Compared to the beginning of last year, the number of people using our services has increased by 20%, from 2,200 in January-February 2023 to 2,900 this year.

We can only encourage all Nyíregyháza residents to visit this fantastic facility, as swimming is the form of exercise that has the most profound effect on our health.
