In the coming days, the EISSMANN Nyíregyháza Municipal Swimming Pool will host exciting events, as Dr. Gergely Kiss, three-time Olympic champion water polo player, will lead the MATE-GEAC Gödöllő Water Polo Club to a training camp.

Dr. Gergely Kiss, one of Hungary's greatest water polo legends, three-time Olympic champion, lawyer and sports manager. During his career, he has achieved numerous national and international successes and is now the head of the MATE-GEAC Gödöllő Water Polo Club. The aim of the training camp is to prepare the team for the upcoming season and to develop and unite the players.

The training camp will take place from 12-14 August and will use the swimming pool on the following dates:

Training and Friendlies Dates

Monday-Tuesday 12-13 August

Morning: 11:00 - 12:30

Afternoon: 17:00 - 20:00 (friendly training match against AQUA SE Association)

Wednesday 14 August

Morning: 10:00 - 11:30

Afternoon: 17:00 - 20:00 (friendly training match against AQUA SE Association)

Friendly training matches with the AQUA SE Association

One of the special events of the training camp is the afternoon friendly training matches against the AQUA SE Association team. 

These matches provide a great opportunity for players to practice and test their skills in a real competitive environment.

They are also an exciting experience for the spectators, who have the opportunity to watch two of the best teams in the sport of water polo play against each other and to observe the professional work of Dr Gergely Kiss.

The training camp and friendly matches from 12 to 14 August will be a great opportunity for water polo fans to get to know the best of the sport and witness the development of young talent.
