On November 7 and 8, water polo will once again take center stage at the Eissmann Nyíregyháza Municipal Swimming Pool. On Saturday, children’s teams from the Northeast Championship will compete, and on Sunday, participants in the National Boys’ Championship will test their skills. In addition to the sporting events, the public will also have the opportunity to swim, subject to some time restrictions.

Saturday, November 7

In the competition pool, lane use will be limited between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.; then, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the facility will host the children’s water polo matches of the Northeast Championship.

The teaching pool will be open to the public all day, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with no restrictions on use.

We would like to inform our guests that the “Get Moving, Nyíregyháza!” program will not take place this Saturday.

Sunday, November 8

On Sunday, three matches of the National Boys’ Water Polo Championship will be held in the swimming pool between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Before the matches, the swimming pool is open to the public without restriction.

The teaching pool will also be open to the public on this day from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

This weekend’s matches offer a great opportunity for water polo fans to get a closer look at the world of youth water polo and cheer on the young talents.
